Specific Coverage Dates: February 9–13; February 23–27; March 2–13; March 16–20; March 30–April 10; April 20–24; April 27–May 1; May 4–8; May 11–15; May 26–29; June 8–12; June 15–26; June 29–July 3; July 6–10; July 20–24; July 27–31; August 3–14; August 17–21; August 24–28; August 31–September 4; September 21–25; September 28–October 2; October 5–9; October 12–16; October 19–23; November 23–27; December 7–11; December 14–18; December 28–31.
Practice Model
• Medical supervision model: ~60%
• Daily staffing:
○ 3 CRNAs
○ 2 MDs
• ORs: 5
• Providers/day: 5
• OB volume: ~380 deliveries/year
○ Includes C-sections & VBACs
• Callback rate: ~67%
Case Types: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, and Plastic Surgery. Required skills include proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks, with OB anesthesia experience required.
