CRNA Locum-to-Perm Opportunity – Quincy, IL - $225-$250/hr

Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum-to-permanent opportunity in Quincy, Illinois, starting February 2, 2026. This position is structured as a true working interview, allowing providers to evaluate the role, team, and culture before transitioning into a permanent position.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule only

• 7:00am–3:30pm (8-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch)

• No call, no weekends

• No 10- or 12-hour shifts available

• Initial 3-month locums contract with intent to convert to permanent

• Full-time preferred; may consider a minimum of one full M–F week per month

Practice Setting

• Hospital and ambulatory surgery center coverage

• Care team model with strong physician and CRNA collaboration

• Anesthesia tech support for larger cases

• Average volume of approximately 60 cases per day across sites

• EMR currently in use with Epic implementation planned in 2026

Case Mix

• Orthopedics (including total joints)

• General surgery

• ENT and endoscopy

• Urology

• OB

• Trauma (Level II)

• Low-acuity pediatrics only (no NICU or PICU)

• No transplants

Requirements

• NBCRNA certification

• Illinois license required (open to licensing candidates with timeline flexibility)

• New graduates welcome

• Flexible skill set preferred; providers will be supported where needed
