- Dates/Schedule: Feb 11, 25, March 9, 11,13, 25, April 1,3, 6-10, May 18, 20, 22. June 12, 24, 29. July 3, 13-17. Aug 3-7, 10-14. Sept 8-11, 14-18, 21-25. Oct 5-9, 12-16, 26-30, Nov 2-6, 16-20, Ongoing every week.
- Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
- Call Ratio: No Call
- Case Mix: ENT for Peds, Heavy ortho, Eyes, Endo. Must be Proficient: Spinals, blocks, Epidurals
- Trauma Level: Surgery Center
- # of Providers per day: 2
- Supervision and Ratio: All CRNA practice
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30-90 days
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
