PRACTICE MODEL: Mix of supervision and independent
Types of Cases: Gen. Surgery, Ortho, Gi, Robotics, OB (C-Sections required, epidural skills helpful but NOT required, radiology, Endo, Eyes, plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma. At times, CRNAs will do their own nerve blocks)
Majority Case Type: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
SHIFTS: 12 hr and 14 hr shifts, 7 am - 7 pm / 7 am - 9 pm, 3 days per week. Must be able to work Monday & Friday, one or both of the days.
No more than 40 hours will be scheduled in a week
NO CALL/ NO WEEKENDS
Care Team Model: 26 CRNAs. 12 Anesthesiologists
Average Monthly Cases: 1150-1200
OB Delivery Avg/ Month: 200
Average Time to Credential: 120 days standard credentialing
