CRNA Locum position in Charlottesville, Virginia (VA)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens coverage in Charlottesville, Virginia (VA). Starting April 6, 2026, the role offers a 13-week contract with ongoing work potential, a competitive market rate, and benefits.

Details:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week preferred; may consider three 12-hour shifts

• Weekend availability preferred, including Saturdays and Sundays

• Requires weekly availability; no rotating weeks on and weeks off

• No local candidates; must live at least 50 miles from the facility

• Level One Trauma Center with inpatient and outpatient coverage

• Patient population: Age 13 through end of life

• Excluded cases include open heart and thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks

• Active Virginia license
