Job Description
A Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA. This is an autonomous practice with a supportive team environment and a diverse case mix, covering travel expenses and providing lodging.
Schedule:
- 4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts
Call:
- Potentially 1 weekday call per week
- Approximately 1 weekend call per month
- Must be proficient in OB if taking call
Practice Setting:
- Critical Access Hospital
- 3 ORs + Cystoscopy Room + Endoscopy Suite
- 1 MD and 4 CRNAs (CRNAs practice autonomously)
- Anesthesia typically covers 2–4 rooms per day
- Average daily case volume: 5–20 cases (including endoscopy and cataracts)
- EMR: Epic
- Orthopedics
- General surgery
- Podiatry
- ENT
- Healthy pediatrics
- Urology
- OB/GYN
- Occasional endoscopy
- No heads, hearts, or spine cases
Required Skills & Procedures:
- Spinals
- Epidurals
- OB anesthesia
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Ultrasound-guided procedures
- Endoscopy
- PICC line experience preferred (not required)
Requirements:
- Active Oregon CRNA license required
- Board Certification required
- DEA preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved exemption)
- New graduates welcome
