Job Description
Aya Locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide locum services in Angola, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed June 24, July 14–17, and December 21–27, 2026, and ongoing for weeks in 2027.
Job Details:

Case Types: General, Ortho, OB (~275 deliveries/year), GYN, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry. Must be proficient in Epidurals, Spinals, and Regional blocks.

Setting: Critical Access Hospital (25 beds).

Schedule: Standard 8-hour day shifts (07:00–15:00 or 07:00–17:00). Weeknight call (15:00–07:00) and 24-hour weekend call (07:00–07:00) required; 30-minute response time.

Support: Independent practice. CRNAs and MDs have the same autonomy with little to no supervision.

EMR System: Epic.
Requirements:

Active CRNA Certification: NBCRNA Required (Board Eligible not accepted).

State License in Indiana: Active CSR/License required to start credentialing.

Certifications: AHA-issued ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Experience: Must have performed at least 250 cases in the past year (facility-reported logs required).
