🩺 CRNA Opportunity – Virginia | Level II Trauma | Full-Time

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time opportunity supporting a Level II trauma hospital and ambulatory surgery center. This role offers a diverse case mix and a flexible schedule in a high-acuity setting.
📍 Schedule & Coverage
- 36–40 hours/week with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Primarily days with occasional nights
- 1 weekend/month as needed
- Floating between hospital + ASC
- Schedule released 8 weeks in advance
- 4:1 supervision model
- Cases include OB, thoracic, vascular, EP, ortho, GI, ENT, hearts/lungs (no transplants), and healthy peds
- CRNAs perform epidurals & spinals (no blocks guaranteed)
- 2+ years experience
- Level II trauma, OB & thoracic required
- Peds preferred
- Must be proficient with spinals & epidurals
- Beeper call possible (nights/weekends)
- OT paid after scheduled shift
- Travel is billable (limited flight coverage for FT providers)
- 6–12 month contracts preferred
- Credentialing: 90–120 days
