Job Description

- Dates of Coverage Needed: May 4 - May 8, May 25 - June 5, June 22 - July 3, July 20 - July 31, Aug 17 - Aug 28, Sept 14 - Sept 25, Oct 12 - Oct 23, Nov 9 - Nov 20, Dec 7 - Dec 18
- Number of CRNAs on site: 3 CRNAs M- F
- 3 CRNAs/day Monday - Friday
- Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
- Call Hours: 3 pm - 7 am
- Scheduled Call: Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend
- Cases: Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General; Peds (1 yr and up)
