Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept. Trauma level 3.
- Dates/Schedule: Multiple dates beginning in June 2026 through December 2026
- Shift Hours: 7 am - 3 pm
- Call Schedules: 1-2 days/week/ few weekends open
- Call Response time: 30 minutes
- Supervision: All CRNA practice
- Case Mix: Endo, OBGYN, Peds, Gen, Ortho, ENT. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
- Support Staff: 4 total CRNA's during the day
- # of OR's: 4 and then 2 Endo rooms
- Active MN License: Highly preferred
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
- Certifications: DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS required
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
