Position Overview:
We're seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum opportunity at a Level II Trauma community hospital located approximately one hour outside of Chicago, Illinois.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-supported team handling a broad range of complex cases in a collaborative clinical environment.
Location:
- Illinois – Community Hospital near Chicago
Facility Type:
- Level II Trauma Center
Schedule:
- 4x10 shifts, Monday–Friday
- 2 weeks per month
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
EMR System:
- Epic
Licensing Requirements:
- Illinois license
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience required
CRNAs will see a wide variety of cases including:
- Neuro
- Vascular
- Thoracic
- General
- Gynecology
- Urology
- Interventional GI
- Cardiology Testing / EP
- Regional Blocks
Additional Information:
- No OB epidurals
- CRNAs are generally not assigned to cardiac cases
- Healthy pediatric cases are rare
- Most pediatric and OB cases are referred to a sister hospital Practice Environment
- Medical direction model for all CRNAs within Northwestern
