Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Schedule: Must be able to orient on 7/8 and work 8 am - 4 pm on 7/9 and 7/10 in order to be submitted
- Certifications: ATLS, PALS
- Active IN License: Active IN license required at time of submission
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
