Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Scheduling not level at site. Needs Monday and Fridays covered
- Dates/Schedule: 4-10's alternating schedule to ensure Monday, Fridays are covered. Need 4-10's in 5 days (if working 4 shifts, the provider would have 1 day off during the week) or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift work
- Length of Assignment: potential ongoing needs
- Call Ratio: weekend call is an option
- Case Mix: No infants. Be prepared to do all cases in trauma setting. capable of cardiac and neuro. but they have a cardiac team
- Trauma Level: Level 1
- Supervision and Ratio: Medical Directive
- Active License: Prefers Active TN license
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
