- Case Mix: 100% dental. Implants, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, root canals, IV sedation dentistry
- Patient Demographic: Adults only
- Active FL License: Yes
- Credentialing Time Frame: A few days
- COVID Vaccine: Yes
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
