LOCUM CRNA Assignment in Globe, Arizona

Job Description
- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates/Schedule: Start ASAC
- Must have at least 3 weeks/month
- Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
- Length of Assignment: 3 months with option to extend
- Case Mix: General surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally Cath Lab. No hearts or neuro.
- Majority Case Type: Ortho and General
- CALL: Beeper Call Required. Weeknight and Weekend
- Weeknight pager 3 PM - 7 AM on the 3rd week of the month. Will have 1-2 calls/week
- Weekends pager: 1 weekend/month. Saturday, Sunday 24 /hours. 4 week rotation
- # of OR's: 2
- Active License
- Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
- Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
