Assignment Details
- Location: Alpena, Michigan
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months with the option to extend
- Schedule: Full-time candidates preferred, Monday-Friday for a minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed unless there is a holiday where CRNA is scheduled off or CRNA voluntarily takes off. Schedule consists of Monday-Friday from 7 am - 3:30 pm (5x8's) weekly
- Setting: Inpatient, OR/Surgery Department
- Credentialing: Typically, 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
- EMR System: EPIC
- Model: Team Model, supervising Anesthesiologist
- Case Types: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OBGYN, Cataracts, Endoscopies. Experience w/ spinals is preferred.

Requirements
- Certifications: NBCRNA, AHA BLs, AH ACLS, and AHA PALS
- Licensure: Active MI license required upon submission
- No malpractice/clean background preferred
- Case Log Requirement - 75 patients within the last 12 months
