Job Description
- Start Date

- Schedule
- Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm (some days till 5 pm, depends on case loads)
- Clinical Details
- Required Procedures: General Cases - Adult, Spinal Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases
- Preferred Procedures: General Cases - Pediatrics, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Dental Cases, IV Regional Anesthesia, Plexus Anesthesia
- Requirements
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have clean background/mal-practice
- Must have full time availability
- Must have ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Call
- Provider may be asked to assist with night call a few days a month.
