- Locally owned not-for-profit hospital and provider group
- Join an established practice with 1 MDA and 2 CRNAs
- 3 or 4 day work week (7am-3pm)
- $230,000 guaranteed base salary employed position
- Practice includes bread+butter cases, general ortho, ENT, dental, healthy peds, OB, and endo
- Comprehensive benefits package, relocation, signing bonus, paid malpractice
- Lakefront living with wide open spaces for hunting, fishing, and camping
- Cost of living 25% below national average
