If you love the outdoors, we have an opportunity for you! Locum Source Staffing is working with a facility in Flagstaff, Arizona to provide CRNA locum coverage at a trauma level II facility from July to August. Spend your free time surrounded by mountains, deserts, and pine forests.

Trauma level II hospital
Cases are comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo
11 Operating rooms and approximately 50 -60 cases per day.
REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified
Active Arizona license or qualified with the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
