- may have Cardio, Vascular, Urology
* Patient Demographics: Mostly Adults, Geriatrics, occasional pediatrics
* Other Info:
- Provider will be supervised
- Will consider Locum-to-perm providers
* Support Staff: 3 Anesth, 5 CRNAs
* EMR: EPIC
* Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
