- Monitoring patients' vital signs, assisting with withdrawal management, and addressing medical needs.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
