Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Contract, Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and vaccinations, including controlled substances, in accordance with facility protocols
- Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
- Provide basic wound care and assist with specimen collection
- Support chronic disease management and patient education initiatives
- Assist with intake screenings, daily sick call visits, and emergency response as needed

Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Previous LPN experience preferred
- Experience in correctional health, urgent care, or behavioral health settings is a plus
