Overview:
Our organization is seeking a Nurse Coordinator (LPN/LVN) for a 100% remote position supporting bilingual patient care within clinical research studies — any state LPN/LVN license accepted. This full-time role combines clinical assessment, patient education, and care coordination, with multiple shift options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient eligibility screenings and clinical assessments according to research protocols
• Coordinate patient onboarding, scheduling, follow-ups, and study visits
• Provide bilingual patient education on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and clinical trial participation
• Support informed consent, ensuring patients understand study requirements
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, research teams, and clinical staff to support patient care and study objectives
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and research databases
• Monitor patient progress and protocol adherence, escalating concerns as needed
• Assist with study materials, data collection, visit preparation, and quality improvement initiatives, and participate in team meetings to review patient updates and study progress

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program with an active LPN/LVN license (any state accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, French Canadian, Polish, or Hungarian, with the ability to communicate medical terminology accurately in both
• Strong patient education, care coordination, and communication skills, with comfort managing multiple technology systems and accurate documentation
