Ascendo Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for a high-demand Long Term Care contract in Omaha, NE. We connect top healthcare professionals with respected facilities nationwide, offering consistency, transparency, and real support—not just another assignment.

We’re looking for a dedicated LPN with an active Nebraska license (or compact) and at least one year of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, clinically strong, and passionate about providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 13-week contract with strong potential for extensions, working a consistent 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift schedule. You’ll have the stability of guaranteed hours and a predictable routine that allows you to plan your life outside of work.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Earn $81,744+/year equivalent
• Weekly Pay – no surprises, no guessing
• Guaranteed Hours = consistent income
• Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
• 13-week contract with extension potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Assist with care planning and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care
