* 13 weeks, 6/5/2017 start
* 8 hour days, M-F, 8A-5P, 40 hours/wk guaranteed
* LPN must have at least 2 years of previous clinic experience
* Active IL LPN and BLS Certification required
* Will be assisting in an ENT Clinic setting
