Pay: $35-$40 per hour plus sign-on bonus
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Territory: Aurora, Colorado (reliable transportation required) This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a supportive team and a meaningful mission: delivering high-quality nursing care to older adults in their homes. Requirements: Active LPN license in the state of Colorado Current First Aid and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted) Valid driver's license, personal transportation, and auto insurance What You'll Do: Deliver general nursing care, including administering medications and treatments per physician orders Provide in-home services and follow assigned care plans in compliance with regulations and agency policies Perform diagnostic and preventative procedures, including phlebotomy and vaccinations Educate participants and families on medications, treatments, and care instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition to physicians and RNs Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and adjust care plans Participate in quality assurance activities, peer reviews, and care planning meetings Supervise and collaborate with healthcare personnel, including CNAs Perform duties in client homes and within agency facilities as needed Preferred Qualifications: One or more years of LPN experience in a clinic or long-term care setting Experience working with geriatric patients Familiarity with medications commonly used in elderly care Why Aurora?
