Position: Regional Nurse Manager
Location: Lower Bucks County, PA
Description:
Tower Health Urgent Care is seeking an experienced LPN with strong clinical, administrative and managerial skills for our Regional Nurse Manager opportunity.
The individual needs to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Must show excellent ability to read and write English in a legible and understandable manner.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience with creating/maintaining nursing schedule.
Previous experience in a hospital, ED, or other health care related facility.
Must be knowledgeable of general nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines
Positive and pleasant demeanor toward staff and patients
Must have prior nursing manager / nursing director experience
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle; local travel necessary.
