Your Role on the Team
Provide hands-on patient care under the guidance of RNs and physicians
Monitor and document vital signs and health changes
Administer medications, injections, and other treatments
Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility
Support wound care and bedside procedures
Keep records accurate and up to date in the EMR
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and fellow care team members

What You’ll Need
1+ year of experience as an LVN (hospital or inpatient preferred)
Active Texas LVN license in good standing
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
