Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and clinics. This position requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in patient rounds and contribute to team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
- Valid LVN license in any state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospital, long-term care, or clinic settings is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including overtime.
