Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a LICENSED VOCATIONAL/PRACTICAL NURSE (LVN/LPN) for an opening in the Critical Care Unit!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Accessing patients as they are admitted to help determine their needs and create care plans
- Monitoring, recording, and evaluating vital signs and patient's condition
- Administering medications
- Provide wound care and assessments
- Respond to changes in the patient's condition
- Provide education and guidance about the patient's condition and care needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active and Unrestricted WA LVN/LPN License
- Recent 1 year Critical Care experience required
- Ability to use EMR system, EPIC experience a plus
- Ability to work Full-time schedule
