Job Description
* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* 12 hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, with possibility of extra shift every other week, if desired
* LPN must have at least 2 years of Dialysis experience
* WV or Compact LPN License and BLS required
* On call coverage is required: 2-3 times per week and some weekend coverage
