TITLE: RN's/LPN's(50K +)

Summary:
The 25 bed critical access hospital is seeking a nurse (LPN/RN) to work in Acute Care.
The nurse will work in all areas of nursing unit which include: ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health.
Nurses are all trained to work med/surg and the transitional care unit as a baseline and then get to work the other areas.
Qualifications:
RN license in MT required for Nurses.
LPN license in MT with IV certification required forLPN's.
BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
Previous acute experience preferred.
Additional Info:
Great team environment. The nurses are all trained to work med/surg and the transitional care unit as a baseline.
Several nurses have trained to also cover the ER, obstetrics, and behavioral health as a specialty.
They like the ability to work in different care areas thus reducing burn out in the higher stress departments like the ED.
This is a full time position, 12hr shifts, 7am-7pm w/ on call hours and rotating holidays/weekends.
They have 6 nurses on per shift and they work together as a team helping as needed. They also have 4 nurse’s aides on each shift to help in each respective department.
The facility is offering a range between $26hr-$42hr plus full benefits and some relocation offered.
