Job Description

Client is seeking LVN/LPN/RN for contract assignment in Forth Worth, TX from October 2 - December 6. Hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm, 10:00am - 7:00pm, or 8:00am - 12:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ and covering front/back office. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment and phlebotomy is highly preferred. Specific shifts are October 2 - 7, 9 - 13, 16 - 20, 23 - 27, 30 - 31; November 1 - 10, 13 - 17, 20 - 23, 27 - 30; December 1 - 2, 4 - 6.
