Job Description

Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for contract assignment in Blackfoot, ID from August 28 - December 7. Specific shifts are August 31, September 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, October 5, 6, 12, 19, 20, 26, November 2, 3, 9, 16, 17, 23 30, December 1, 7. Hours are Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. Provider will see employees and their families. Candidates need to have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. Preferred qualifications are phlebotomy and CPR/BLS.
