Job Description

Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for per diem assignment in Golden Valley, MN from September 5 - November 17. Specific shifts are September 5, 7, 11, 12, 14, 18, 19, 21, 25, 26, 28, October 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26, 30, 31, and November 2, 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. Provider will see ages 18+ for primary care and acute episodic care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
