Job Description

Client seeking LPN/LVN/RN for contract assignment in Dyersburg, TN from October 2 - 6 and October 19, 20. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm; Friday, 7:30am - 11:30am. Provider will see ages 2+ for acute care and 12+ for primary care and wellness visits. Candidate must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. Phlebotomy and CPR/BLS are highly preferred.
