Job Description
Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for contract assignment in Carmel, IN from October 2 - December 1. Hours are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, phlebotomy, and office coverage. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience as well as phlebotomy and CPR/BLS.
