Job Description

Client seeking LPN/LVN/RN for contract assignment in Fayetteville, TN from June 3 - July 29. Hours are Monday/Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Wednesday, 8:00am - 1:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, strep/flu/covid testing, and phlebotomy. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and EMR (Epic) experience to be considered for this assignment.
