Job Description
Client seeking LPN/LVN for contract assignment in New Boston, OH from April 1 - May 3. Hours are Wednesday, 7:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break; Thursday, 8:30am - 7:00pm with a 60-minute break; Friday, 6:15am - 3:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, phlebotomy, CLIA waived testing, injections, and rooming patients. Clinic is staffed by 1 - 2 providers, a receptionist, and a RN health center manager. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this opportunity.
