Responsibilities:

  • Routine Procedures and Wound Care: Perform routine procedures and provide wound care as directed by healthcare providers, following established protocols.
  • Patient Assessments and Care Planning: Assist in patient assessments and care planning, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for patients.
Requirements:
  • License and Certification: Hold a valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN, demonstrating proficiency in clinical skills and patient care.
