Job Description

Client seeking RN/LVN/LPN for family practice contract in Gaffney, SC from April 22 - June 28 and April 23, 25, 29, 30, May 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 23, 24, 28, 29. Hours are Monday, 9:00am - 6:00pm with a 60-minute break; Tuesday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute break; Wednesday, 6:00am - 2:00pm; Thursday, 7:00am - 1:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, physicals, and sick visits. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment and EPIC experience.
