Minimum Education: Associate's Degree

This is a state-funded, licensed assisted living and skilled nursing facility providing care for up to 125 residents. The facility offers a homelike environment with a focus on dignity, personalized care, and community engagement.
Night Nurse Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Complete documentation and communicate resident care and condition to the interdisciplinary team, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Perform assessments, prepare incident and infection control reports, and participate in quality improvement projects.
- Supervise nursing assistants on shift to ensure quality care and adherence to facility policies.
- Resolve interpersonal and procedural issues, answer care-related questions, and assist with training during the shift.
- Advocate for residents rights, wishes, and directives in all aspects of care.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors, ensuring confidentiality.
- Report assessment findings to physicians as needed and update resident care plans.
- Document all care provided in medical records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Arizona.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- OIG/APS name clearance check.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- TB two-step test.
- Hepatitis B vaccination or declination.
- Ability to work night shifts and varied weekends.
