Looking for a nursing role that lets you slow down, connect, and truly care? We're hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 private duty care for a kind and gentle 31-year-old client with developmental delays near Des Moines.
This is an ideal role for a nurse who’s dependable, compassionate, and ready to bring comfort and quality care in a peaceful, home-based environment.

Schedule Options
- Day Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday + every other weekend
- Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide thoughtful, skilled care to a client approximately 75 lbs in size (similar to a small child)
- Reposition in bed to support scoliosis and comfort
- Administer medications via G-tube and nebulizer
- Perform vest therapy and suctioning as needed
- Provide PRN medications between scheduled doses
- Assist with occasional light household tasks (laundry, tidying)
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN license in Washington
- Experience with respiratory care a big plus
- Patient, kind, and reliable—someone who brings calm, consistency, and care to their work
- Willing to lend a hand with light home support when needed
