Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at a reputable Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting the medical staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, observations, and medical interventions.
- Support patients and their families by addressing questions and concerns and providing education on healthcare management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Prepare patients for examinations, tests, or procedures and assist during them as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to all medical center policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
