Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications through oral, intradermal, subcutaneous, and intramuscular routes.
- Perform skin testing, venipuncture, and other lab-related procedures.
- Monitor and document patient response to treatment and care plans.
- Review and process laboratory results; promptly report abnormalities to medical staff.
- Assist with ongoing management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
- Provide emergency care and first aid when necessary.
- Operate EKG and lab equipment confidently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to administrative and operational support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Active and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Skilled in patient assessment, documentation, and communication.
- Comfortable with administrative duties
- Experience with EKG and lab equipment preferred.
