Overview:
Our team in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a concierge medical practice. This role involves assisting providers with clinical procedures, performing routine patient care, and ensuring accurate documentation, all while delivering a professional and compassionate patient experience.

Consistent Schedule:
- 4-day work week (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday off

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier patient care with a focus on personalized service
- Accurately measure and record vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy and administer EKGs as required
- Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards in all interactions

Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 5 years of LPN experience
- Proficient in patient care, vital signs measurement, phlebotomy, and EKG administration
- Competent in EHR management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Experience in a concierge medical practice preferred
- CPR certification preferred
