Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Compensation: $32 – $34 per hour

Position Overview:
Our Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support patient care across multiple clinical services in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and delivering respectful, attentive care to patients from diverse backgrounds. The LVN will play an important role in supporting physicians and registered nurses by providing direct patient care, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and helping ensure a safe and efficient care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
- Record and monitor patient health information, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed providers.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and allied health professionals to support coordinated patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
- Assist with patient care activities in outpatient clinics, medical units, or long-term care environments depending on assignment.
- Support a safe, organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuing education and training.

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted LVN or LPN license valid in any U.S. state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum six months of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or comparable healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills when working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in clinical documentation
