Job Description
Client seeks Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant for part-time contract front/back office assignment starting ASAP-June 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Kalamazoo, MI. Clinic sees ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Duties will include greeting and rooming patients, checking them in and out, taking vitals and patient history, handling patient testing, giving injections and immunizations, drawing blood, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting the provider. Hours are Tuesday & Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm and Wednesday 8:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care, to qualify for this assignment. Candidate must be proficient in Phlebotomy and point of care lab testing.
