Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards
• Monitor and document patient health information, including vital signs and symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Assist with patient care in clinic, medical, or long-term care settings as assigned
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality care protocols
• Support an organized and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted LVN or LPN license valid in any U.S. state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum six months of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
