Location: Naples, FL

Overview:
Our low-stress, low-volume practice is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse with strong phlebotomy skills to provide clinical support for an adult and geriatric patient population. Our position offers a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends in a structured practice environment.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $30.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support for adult and geriatric patients
• Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) as a primary clinical responsibility
• Administer injections and conduct EKGs
• Greet, room, and obtain vital signs for patients
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR
• Process medication refill requests
• Provide backup support to the front desk, including phone coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Strong phlebotomy skills with experience performing difficult blood draws, including rolling veins
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Experience working with a geriatric patient population
